Claire White and Sharon Boon decided to launch Francesca & Florence with much love and a real passion for beautiful things.

Having both come from a creative background originally – with Claire having studied textile and fashion design at Wincester college of Art and Sharon, art and design at St. Martin’s School of Art in London, they both found a meeting point later in life and a real friendship in the world of weddings, styling and floral design.

Having sourced many a time, unusual, pretty, unique and simply gorgeous gifts, candles, brooches, wedding favours, hat boxes and much, much more for many a bride, they were sure that they could create a product range that could be at hand for everyone, either planning their own wedding, event or party, or to just simply inspire their home and garden.

As with all mothers Sharon & Claire are both inspired & work on behalf of their children. Therefore there was no other option, other than to name the new business venture after their girls.......Francesca & Florence.

Both Sharon & Claire continue to create & style weddings on location for brides through their companies Flower Bug Designs Ltd & Amaryllis Events Ltd. Both are based in Sussex, covering London, South East England & Europe.
